Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled free of charge if the request is made on the same day the order was placed. Cancellations requested after the day of order are not eligible for a refund, as arrangements are freshly prepared for dispatch.
Damaged or faulty items: If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-delivery: If an order fails to arrive due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or free redelivery.
Change of mind: As our products are perishable and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
Processing time: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
