1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Roselle Flowers website and the purchase of any products offered here. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver arrangements on the requested date, within an estimated delivery window of 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes from the scheduled time. Actual timing may vary due to weather, traffic, courier availability or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure delivery details are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled free of charge if the request is made on the same day the order was placed. Cancellations requested after the day of order are not eligible for a refund, as arrangements are freshly prepared for dispatch.
• Damaged or faulty items: If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.
• Non-delivery: If an order fails to arrive due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or free redelivery.
• Change of mind: As our products are perishable and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
• Processing time: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Product Accuracy

Flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in colour, size and variety from images shown, depending on seasonal availability. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made where necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

Roselle Flowers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Cookies & Privacy

We do not collect or set any cookies on this website ourselves, in any form. Any cookies present are set solely by your own web browser as part of its standard functionality, and are not placed, read or used by us.
